10/17/09-Genesee Valley Park - Brandon Auyer led the Lakers at the University of Rochester Yellow Jacket Invitational with a personal best time of 29:15 over the 8k course. He was followed by Ben Howard who had a season’s best time of 29:30. Andrew Zaso, Jeff Hudson, Brett Rosko, PJ Steblen, and Chase Stoffle all set significant personal best times. Jordan Siwicki-Kesselring, and Matt Hendricks also ran strong races.
10/10/09-Nazareth College - The men propelled themselves to a third place finish at the Golden Flyer Invitational which featured nine four-year schools. Dave Cook led the Lakers through the muddy 5.5k course. Cook was followed by Brandon Auyer, Ben Howard, Andrew Zaso, and Jeff Hudson. Brett Rosko, Chase Stoffle, PJ Steblen, Jordan Siwicki-Kesselring, and Matt Hendricks also competed.
9/26/09 - Houghton College - All of the FLCC men showed significant improvements at the Houghton College Highlander Invitational. Dave Cook once again led the Lakers, finishing the 8k course in an excellent time of 28:35. Brandon Auyer, Ben Howard, Andrew Zaso and Dynell Scott rounded out the top 5. Jeff Hudson, Brett Rosko, PJ Steblen, Chase Stoffle, Jordan Siwicki-Kesselring, and Matt Hendricks also posted season’s best times.
9/19/09 - Finger Lakes Community College - The FLCC Men finished 5th at Home in the Bruce Bridgman Invitational. The Lakers were led by Dave Cook who finished the 8k course in 15th (30:04). He was followed by Brandon Auyer (29th), Ben Howard (32nd), Dynell Scott (36th), and Andrew Zaso (37th). Also finishing strong races were Jeff Hudson (39th), PJ Steblen (47th), Chase Stoffler (53rd), and Matt Hendricks (55th).
9/12/09 - Alfred State College - The FLCC Men kicked off the 2009 Season with a 3rd place finish at the Alfred State Invitational. Dave Cook paced the Lakers with an 8th place finish over the rain soaked and grueling 8k course. He was followed by Brandon Auyer (12th), Andrew Zaso (14th), Ben Howard (18th), and Jeff Hudson (20th). Also competing for the Lakers were Brett Roscoe (21st), PJ Steblen(22nd) , and Jordan Siwicki-kesselring (25th).

11/08/08 NJCAA National Cross-Country Championship - Lincoln, Rhode Island
In the Men’s NJCAA National Cross-Country Championship race, Chris Driscoll (Victor) led the Lakers and earned ALL-AMERICAN Honors for his 13th place finish. After a very fast first mile, Driscoll was in 30th . Driscoll maintained his focus and tenaciously raced his way through the field even after mildly spraining his ankle at 2.5 miles. His time of 28:40 was 25 seconds faster than his previous best. Ben Howard also had an excellent race finishing 24th in 29:09. They were followed by Dynell Scott, Chad Christler and Zach Havelin who finished in 55th , 75th , and 97th respectively. PJ Steblen and Mike Gammariello also competed.
10/25/08 Region 3 Championship, Utica, NY
The 9th ranked FLCC Men’s Cross country team had a strong showing at the Region 3 championship despite running without one of their top runners. On a wet and sloppy 5.3 mile course, the Lakers finished 5th , just 1 point behind Broome CC (the 6th ranked team in the Nation) The top four men raced well and were led by Chris Driscoll’s 12th place finish. He was followed closely by Ben Howard (14th), Chad Christler (22nd), and Dynell Scott (24th). PJ Steblen' s 50th place finish rounded out the scoring. Mike Gammariello and Euphrates Moore finished 54th and 55th respectively.
9/27/08 Highlander Invitational at Houghton College (8k)
The men had strong performances with all posting season's best or personal best times. The Lakers were led by Chris Driscoll (29:55) who was followed closely by Zach Havelin (30:03), Dynell Scott (30:11), Ben Howard (30:18) and Chad Christler (30:36). PJ Steblen, Euphrates Moore had personal best times while Mike Gamariello had a season’s best time.
9/19/08 Bruce Bridgman Invite at FLCC
The 10th ranked men finished 3rd and were led by Chad Christler who covered the 8k course in 31:06. He was followed closely by Chris Driscoll, Zach Havelin, Ben Howard and Dynell Scott.
9/13/08 Alfred State Invitational
FLCC began the 2008 season with solid early season performances. Ben Howard paced the Lakers with a 13th place finish. He was followed by 2007 MVP Chris Driscoll, Dynell Scott, Chad Christler, PJ Steblins, Euphrates Moore, Zach Havelin, and Mike Gamariello.

10/13/07 - Several members of the FLCC men's cross country team posted individual best times at the University of Rochester Invitational at Genesee Valley Park. Jimmy Merritt, Chris Driscoll, and Pat Coleman had personal best times, covering the 8k course in 29:47, 29:53, and 30:47 respectively. The lead trio was followed by Matt Thiel, Tyler LaTray, Clark Schroeder, Alex White, and Chris Woodard. Thiel, Schroeder and Woodard had personal best times while LaTray had a season's best time. The men are improving as a result of their work ethic and dedication and are aiming for a top 10 finish at the National Meet.
On September 28th, the Lakers were at home for the Bruce Bridgman Invitational. The men were again led by Jim Merritt who finished in 31:13. He was followed closely by Chris Driscoll and Pat Coleman. Mike Gammariello and Clark Schroeder rounded out the scoring. Tyler LaTray, Alex White, Euphrates Moore, Andrew Katz and Chris Woodard also competed.
On September 22nd, the FLCC harriers traveled to Houghton where they competed against several quality 4-year teams. Jimmy Merritt led the Lakers, covering the 5 mile course in 30:07. Chris Driscoll, Pat Coleman, Mike Gammariello, and Tyler LaTray rounded out the scoring. Also competing were Alex White, Clark Schroeder, Euphrates Moore, Matt Thiel, and Andrew Katz.
