The second year of FLCC Men’s Track and Field promises to be a good one with several returning athletes and a talented group of first year athletes. Each member of the team is focused on qualifying for the NJCAA Region 3 and NJCAA National Championships.
Highlights Meet 4/23
- Ryan Reynolds (Lyons) won the 400 Hurdles in a national qualifying time of 59.2 A great time!!
- Reynolds is ranked 10th in the nation in the 400H and 9th in the 110 HH
- Jonah Whipple Won the High Jump And Long Jump,
- Euphrates Moore (Edison Tech) won the Triple Jump
- Charles Hasler (York) Had a personal best in the Javelin
Head Coach Rob Wink, Assistant Professor of Environmental Conservation and Horticulture, is a lifelong competitive runner and has been a competitive swimmer and triathlete for the past several years. He also directs and co-directs several local road races. Wink received both his Bachelor and Doctoral degrees from SUNY Environmental Science and Forestry at Syracuse.
