About the Coach
Head Coach Rob Wink, Assistant Professor of Environmental Conservation and Horticulture, was awarded the 2005 NJCAA Region 3 Women's Cross Country Coach of the Year. Coach Wink is a lifelong competitive runner and has been competitive swimmer and triathlete for the past decade. He also directs and co-directs several local road races. Wink received both his Bachelor and Doctoral degrees from SUNY Environmental Science and Forestry at Syracuse.
Assistant Coach Mike Prockton, Professor of Business, is also a lifelong runner and has coached at FLCC for the past decade. During his time as Head Coach he received the Mid-State Conference Coach of the Year Award.
