FLCC Upcoming Season Notes:
Finger Lakes Community College is already working hard to put together a strong and talented team for the upcoming season. Interested athletes should fill out an interest form to ensure themselves a chance to participate on the team.
Player Physicals
Incoming athletes must get an athletic physical in June, July, or August only. You should have one performed by a physician and mailed to the address on the Athletics Physical Form or you can call for a physical at FLCC (394-3500 x7295) if needed.
Pre-Season Meeting
The Pre-Season meeting will be on 8/15 at 6PM in the gym. We understand that you may not be able to make all of the pre-season practices. Please come to the informational meeting and we will discuss everyone’s schedule on an individual basis.
Practices, once school starts, will be between 3:30 to 5 PM. Please schedule your classes to end at or before 3PM. Pre-Season practices will be from 6 – 8PM on the practice fields.
Eric Marsh will continue to improve upon the programs recent success as Head Coach of the FLCC women’s soccer team. Eric is an All-American soccer athlete and has been selected to the FLCC Athletic Hall of Fame during his playing and coaching career. He has competed for the Vermont Voltage of the Professional Development League. Coach Marsh has over eight years experience of coaching and currently holds National coaching certification through the United States Soccer Federation.
Brandy Cooper is the Assistant Coach of the women’s soccer team. During Brandy’s playing career she has competed for FLCC and the University of Pittsburgh. Currently she is playing in the Rochester District Soccer League's first division. Brandy brings with her eight years coaching experience and has developed a strong relationship with many area soccer players. |
