Women's Volleyball
FLCC is pleased to announce the addition Women’s Volleyball for the 2009-10 season. With an Athletics Program that has been in the Top 20 national rankings for program excellence for the past three years, FLCC is proud to continue the tradition of excellence through the development of a successful and competitive Women’s Volleyball program.
The program will be part of the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA), Division III, and the Mid-State Athletic Conferences and will compete against two-year institutions throughout the state.

About the Coach
Kristen Sharp was named FLCC’s Women’s Volleyball Coach in March 2009. She comes to FLCC with six years of coaching experience, most recently as the Assistant Women’s Volleyball Coach at SUNY Geneseo.
A graduate of Ithaca College and the College of William and Mary, Sharp teaches Math at Fairport High School in Fairport, NY. At Ithaca, Sharp was a four-year letter winner for volleyball and was captain in 2003. She was a member of the club volleyball team at the College of William and Mary while pursuing her Masters degree.
Sharp has coached high school varsity volleyball in Williamsburg, VA and Spencerport, NY. She is currently training for the Half Ironman Muskoka Canada.
